     Identify the different files specific to your environment
     Prepare the DEBUG and non-DEBUG VSSP process startup file
     Prepare the VSSP ISUP DEBUG and non-DEBUG configuration file
     SNOOP the M3UA SIGTRAN interfaces used by VSSP.
     Enable process and ISUP level DEBUG on VSSP
     Collect the requested information
     Disable process and ISUP level DEBUG on VSSP
     Stop the SNOOP traces
     Sanity check
     Bundle the requested information into a single file
