Symptoms

When attempting to run the Planning Data Collections, the Refresh Collection Snapshots program (MSRFWOR) fails with the following error:

ERROR

ORA-12008: error in materialized view refresh path
ORA-01476: divisor is equal to zero
Error refreshing individual snapshot : WIP_WREQ_OPRS_SN
