Symptoms

When Rate Expert is open and a user clicks Tools/Data Manager from the toolbar, the error "Unable to open config file c:\Program Files\lodestar\cfg\lodestarmpcpr.cfg" is displayed. The software is installed locally in c:\lodestar and the configuration folder is in this location.
