Symptoms

Users are not able to save the speed configuration values after choosing the name for the configuration.   The error message "Unable to create config directory ./" displays. There is no reference to where the speed file should be in the mapeditor .cfg file or what to change for the file to be created. The desktop has a new install of Map Editor and there is no speed file in the directory structure.
