Symptoms

Some Oracle Network Charging and Control (OCNCC) applications stop working on one of the servers causing some service outage.

 2.2 Core dump being generated in /IN partition
 2.2.1 Restore the free space of /IN partition

 3.1.  Restart the application on an SMS (Single-Node SMS Only)
 3.1.1 Stopping PI
 3.1.2 Restarting the rest of the application

 3.2 Restarting the application on an SLC
 3.2.1 Stopping the SLEE
 3.2.2 Restart the inittab processes 
 3.2.3 Startup the SLEE
 
 3.3 Restarting the application on a VWS

 3.3.4 Resync of the VWS
