Getting weblogic.security.Encrypt Error While Running FW4 Installation Script (Doc ID 1271253.1)

Installing FW4 and get this error while running installation script. Whenever the install script attempts to set the web logic password it crashes:

101117:162216 <crit> Error occured while running C:\<path>\bin\java.exe -Dweblogic.RootDirectory=C:\<path>\ouaf_01\splapp weblogic.security.Encrypt : Bad file descriptor
Output is java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: weblogic/security/Encrypt
Caused by: java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: weblogic.security.Encrypt

Could not find the main class: weblogic.security.Encrypt. Program will exit.
