JBOT Field Does Not Show Any Data (Doc ID 1271994.1)

Symptoms

After adding an entry for a defined column to CallInfo.xml, installing the updated configuration and restarting app-server, the field does not contain any data and occasionally generates this error:

Caused by: com.splwg.oms.jbot.JBotException: Unknown field or method name: class com.splwg.oms.client.troubleinfo.FormattedIncidentWrapper.METER_ID

Caused by: java.lang.NoSuchFieldException: METER_ID

 

Changes

This is the configuration that was added to CallInfo.xml:

</Label>
<TextField name="TXTF_CUSTOMER_TYPE">
     <TextFieldPlacement start="relative,7"/>

     </TextFieldBehavior>
</TextField>
