After adding an entry for a defined column to CallInfo.xml, installing the updated configuration and restarting app-server, the field does not contain any data and occasionally generates this error:

Caused by: com.splwg.oms.jbot.JBotException: Unknown field or method name: class com.splwg.oms.client.troubleinfo.FormattedIncidentWrapper.METER_ID

Caused by: java.lang.NoSuchFieldException: METER_ID

This is the configuration that was added to CallInfo.xml:

<Label name="LBL_METER_ID">
     <LabelPlacement start="0,7" anchor="EAST" fill="NONE"/>
<TextField name="TXTF_CUSTOMER_TYPE">
     <TextFieldPlacement start="relative,7"/>
     <TextFieldBehavior columns="15" data_source="DS_CALL_INFO.METER_ID">
          <Editable initial="false"/>
