Batch Validation Submitted, But Never Completes (Doc ID 1272158.1)

Goal

Cannot successfully run Batch Validation Job for one particular study via OC/TMS 4.5.2.

Using:

OC > Conduct > Data Valication > Batch Validation


This job previously worked, but now job runs and never completes, so it's necessary to kill the job.

The job output indicates that it was running tms_ocl_derv.derivation when killed.

ie: the last lines of the Batch validation log show error like:

TMS Thesaurus Validation Execution
calling TMS_OCL_DERV.DERIVATION first time
Error during TMS Thesaurus Validation
Rolling back due to error
ORA-01041: internal error. hostdef extension doesn't exist

Logging off Oracle.

NOTE: the ORA-1041 is caused because job was killed, and not related directly to this problem.
