Symptoms

The following error message would be returned when executing a Rate Schedule:

PLM0331: Date function parameter must be BILL_PERIOD, BILL_START, BILL_STOP, date identifier or constant ('mm/dd/yyyy'), or literal or identifier string in date format ('mm/dd/yyyy' or 'yyyy-mm-dd').
