Symptoms
A Mobile Originating (MO) Short Message fails to be submitted to a Short Message Service Centre (SMSC) with either of the following errors:
1. If XMS Component Patch 110490 (v4.1.1.5) is not installed, then the SMSC's response to the short message is "unexpectedDataValue" which we can see in a snoop trace between the Service Logic Controller (SLC) and the SMSC
2. If XMS Component Patch 110490 (v4.1.1.5) is installed, then the following alarm is seen in the xmsTrigger.log (/IN/service_packages/XMS/tmp/xmsTrigger.log)
