Getting the error message

After entering values into the Initial Case Entry screen (e.g. Report Type, Product Name, and Reporter Name) and clicking the Search button. This has been occurring for several hours.

Steps to Repeat:

1) Enter values into the Initial Case Entry screen (e.g. Report Type, Product Name, and Reporter Name).
2) Click the Search button.
3) Observed result: Receive the error message "Error No: 10599 Description: The search engine index may be rebuilding. Please try again in a few minutes."
