Information in this document applies to any platform.
Users are not able to log into Webmail (Messaging Express). When they try to log in, they receive a pop up error that reads:
The problem is occurring for all users, whether they are newly created or existing users.
It was not confirmed but we suspect that either the plain text password shown in configutil was changed or the value that was present for the account in the Directory Server was changed at some point.
