Symptoms


On : 5.5.1 version, Integra Apps

When attempting to click on 'values' to review a snapshot result,
the following error occurs.

java.sql.SQLException: Invalid character encountered in: failAL32UTF8Conv


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Submit snapshot definition, completes successfully.
2. Current jobs screen > Details > Values.
3. View am.log file
BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot view snapshot results.
