Inconsistency In Sending ASAP Messages To Destination Via JMS Bridge To OSM

Symptoms
When we setup the bridge, we can receive the test message and other ASAP messages in OSM from ASAP Topic. However, for some reason, sometimes the messages are not received from ASAP Topic in OSM. We face this issue for about around half a day every 4-5 days.
We also face the above issue when the ASAP response bridge to connect to OSM is stopped in order to restart OSM (for some reason). In such cases, when the OSM server is restarted and is up and running, and then we start the response bridge on ASAP, OSM does not receive any response from ASAP.
