Seeing the Message in the Log File "Error reading the shared secret from trusted principal configuration file" (Doc ID 1287694.1)

Symptoms

Seeing  the following message in the log when attempting to setup the Insight group that  would use to access reports.

Error in: 'CBITool.GetReportsData' Get Reports data failed System.Runtime.InteropServices.COMException (0x80042A91): There was an error reading the shared secret from trusted principal configuration file.

Steps to Repeat:
1. Login into Insight as Administrator user
2. Go to Tools>Security>Groups
3. Click on a group and click on Modify
4. Go to Access Rights tab
5. Observe that the standard report options are not enabled
6. Open the latest Log file from Insight Logs folder and observe the following error:

Error in: 'CBITool.GetReportsData'     Get Reports data failed     System.Runtime.InteropServices.COMException (0x80042A91): There was an error reading the shared secret from trusted principal configuration file.

  at PRBITool.CBITool.GetInfoStore(String sUID, String sPWD, String sBOServerName)
  at PRBITool.CBITool.GetInfoObjects(String sUSER, String sPWD, String arrsearchFields, Int32 reportType, String sBOServerName)
  at PRBITool.CBITool.GetReportsData(String sUserOrGroup, Int32 sUID, String sUserName, String sPWD, Int32 ReportType, String SearchWith, String AllReports, String sBOServerName)
