Symptoms

The MetaSolv Solution application displays a FULL WHITE screen after logn with no options available.

 

*** NOTE:  It is normal for MetaSolv Solution to display a white screen for a few seconds prior to rendering "My Desktop".  This occurs the first time the application is accessed after the WebLogic server is started.  It is due to the jsp page being compiled at runtime versus server startup.  The "My Desktop" page displays more quickly for subsequent logins. ***
