Symptoms

TMS 4.6.1

After uploading the MEDDRA 13.1 Dictionary Version per instructions in below note:

<Note 258975.1>: TMS Sample Maintenance Scripts for MedDRA, MedDRA Primary Path, MedDRA SMQ, WHO-Drug, and SNOMED

There are multiple errors in the ERROR_MSG table for TMS_PREDICT_CONTENTS and TMS_PREDICT_RELATIONS e.g errors include:


Missing mandatory relation between PT-LLT
No primary path is specified.
Missing Mandatory relation between HLT-PT
Missing mandatory relation between HLGT-HLT



Changes

Recently upgraded to MedDRA 13.1 (English) using Ascii files
