Symptoms
Can't assign Default ASCP Plan Name in Preferences if Plan Org is not assigned to
Custom Responsibility.
When creating a custom responsibility for ASCP (other than Oracle seeded) you find that you
can't assign a Default Plan name in the Preferences (Tools / Preferences) if Plan Org is not assigned to Custom Responsibility.
Client has defined multiple Custom ASCP responsibilities for different planning organization. ASCP plans are defined in Global Planning Organization (GPO). But the GPO is not assigned to any of the custom responsibilities. Now user wants to assign Default plan in Preferences setup to avoid any kind of error of running personal queries for another plan. The Plan name is not in the LOV for default plan name. In user preferences, LOV show plans based only on owning org and hence, planned orgs can not see these plans.
