All Orders in Live are going to Pending State (Doc ID 1298144.1)

All orders in live (Production ) system are going to pending state.

The initial work order id is struck with the following message:

 "Replacing an Existing Comm Param 'HOST_IPADDR=127.0.0.1' with 'HOST_IPADDR=X.X.X.X'"

After this message, all orders were going to pending state with primary port failed message as all orders were pinging X.X.X.X instead of 127.0.0.1 with the username password details of 127.0.0.1 hence ASAP was unable to establish connection hence orders were going to pending state.
