Multiple Spaces Between Words Cause The Generation Of Unusable Report Templates for PSUR and CTPR (Doc ID 1298792.1)

Symptoms

The parameter CTPR Group Name for a license in Argus Console --> Business Configuration --> Products and Licenses cannot support multiple spaces between words. Attempts to create a CTPR periodic report template from this CTPR Group Name will create report templates that cannot be opened or modified. Instead the following error is noted:

500 - Internal server error. There is a problem with the resource you are looking for, and it cannot be displayed.

Alternatively a script error may appear indicating that there is an error with <web server>/Reports/CTPR/CFG_CTPR.asp...

This issue has also been seen at the Product level with the parameter "PSUR Group Name" and the creation of PSUR report templates.
