Unable to See Newly Created Batch in Batch Maintenance Screen

Information in this document applies to any platform.
When attempting to create a new batch in the Batch Maintenance screen, the new batch is saved but not shown in the Batch Maintenance Summary screen therefore unable to create a new Task.
Expect to be able to see a newly created batch in the Batch Maintenance window.
1. Navigate to Operations -->Batch Maintenance.
2. Add BATCH1 and saved.
3. Go back to the main Batch Maintenance screen but unable to see the batch.
4. Check the Batch_Master table and found the new Batch1 is saved in the table.
