Symptoms
On : 5.5.1 version, CCG
Find that when pressing change tracking button, there is no response
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect change tracking summary screen to load.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. CCG workbench
2. Press 'change tracking'
3. Bottom of screen will have the url 'Waiting for ......aps/apswrkbch.do'
