Symptoms
On : 12.1.1 version, Planners workbench,
When attempting to release a Planned inbound Shipment from Trips form,
the following error occurs.

Error in the release process. Please check the setup
ORA-20001: User not defined or not assigned to the
responsibility - 'APS RELEASE'

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Right click on current plan.
2. Click trip option then find
3. Select required trip click on supply
4. Ticked on for release option
5. Then action >> release
