CCG Transfer job - ORA-01461: Can Bind A Long Value Only For Insert Into A Long Column (Doc ID 1305570.1)

On : 5.5.1 version, Integra Apps

When attempting to run change tracking transfer job
the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
TICK_CHG_TRACK_NOTIFY_PKG.INSERT_MESSAGE: ORA-01461: can bind a LONG value only
for insert into a LONG column


Note : this only affects the notifications, the transfers have already been completed.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run standalone job transfer change tracking
2. View job log

Users not getting change notifications.
