Symptoms

In Meter Data Applications when trying to start the LTMHServer to start the Adapter an error occurs.

Failed to start service manager: ORA-00904: "H"."ALLOWUNSIGNED": invalid identifer

Changes

This error is seen after installing the latest version 1.6.1 service pack.
