In EIP/MDM, with BI Publisher, MDM and Oracle on the same server, with the LSReportMonitor.cfg.xml file correctly configured, BI report template files are not visible when trying to add a new report under Tools & Utilities - Report Admin.

Error in log file:

error CS2001: Source file 'C:\WINDOWS\TEMP\glo4ec18.0.cs' could not be found

error CS2008: No inputs specified
