Symptoms

You are getting error when Objectel Client version 2.10.3 is executed.

The error is:

"This application cannot be initialized because the library LIBEAY32.dll is missing."


The error message can vary depends on the Windows language installation. However, no matter what language is used, every message will display that LIBEAY32.dll is missing.
