Goal

If an account is migrated by CMT, all services defined in the XML file with the attribute bal_grp="false" will be linked to the same balance group as well as the same billinfo.
Is there a way to define, in the same XML file, two balance group linked to the same billinfo element?

For example:
Credit limit products with two services (account and telephony) linked to one balance group.
Dummy products with three services (data, video and telephony) linked to another balance group.
Both of them need to be linked to the same billinfo.

Can a migration of this type be defined in a single XML file?
