Symptoms
=== ODM Issue Clarification ===
When attempting to define a Change Tracking Template and select the ERP Instance name in the LOV, the instance name does not appear in the LOV.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to CCG as admin user.
2. Select Workbench > CCG from the menu bar.
3. Click on Add Definition.
BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot run audit reports on change tracking objects within the application in production instance. Currently, a single user is affected with no workarounds, no other CCG modules are affected.
