Applies to:

Oracle Utilities Customer Care and Billing - Version to 2.3.1 [Release 2.2 to 2.3]
Oracle Utilities Framework - Version to 4.1.0 [Release 2.2 to 4.1]
Oracle Financial Services Revenue Management and Billing - Version DNU2.2.1 to DNU2.2.2
Oracle Public Sector Revenue Management - Version 1.5.20 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

The customer in this scenario is using CC&B V2.3.1. However, this fix also applies to products ETPM, BI, and RBM using FW V2.2.0.

One of our integrations requires application related JMS message properties, in addition to the 'JMS' header fields. However, there are no existing JMS Context Types in the base package to support it.

Steps to Reproduce

Go to the XAI Sender - Context page. In the Context Type drop-down, there is no existing JMS context type for application related properties.
