Goal

How should a new outage be handled that is on the same device as an existing secondary outage?

  1. Create a Secondary Outage on a transformer through the Control Tool.
  2. Select 2 or 3 or 4 customers out of the total number of customers on that transformer (subset of the total customers on that transformer).  This should create a secondary outage event in the work agenda.
  3. Then pick one of those same customers and put a call in using the Call Entry tool.

A "NEW" PSO (Probable Service Outage) on the transformer will be created.  The question is whether this outage should have rolled up into the secondary outage event so that any calls coming in on the customers picked do not create a new PSO event?
