Messages Getting Stuck On 'XXXXX_MFQUEUE' Tables (Doc ID 1318835.1)

Goal

Whenever some transactions are performed in a Publishing application -Retail Merchandising system (RMS), records are being inserted in the respective XXXXX_MFQUEUE  tables. Then they will be published to Retail Integration Bus (RIB) and end up in subscribing applications (like SIM, RWMS...). Subsequently the records will also be cleared from the MFQUEUE tables.

Example: For Item related transactions (like creation,modification or deletion of items), respective records will be inserted in the ITEM_MFQUEUE table with MESSAGE_TYPE as 'Item*Cre / ItemHdrMod / ItemDel....'

But sometimes the records are not getting cleared from the MFQUEUE tables? How to resolve this issue.
