Symptoms
NOT ABLE TO DEPLOY NE OF SEALED CARTRIDGE TO ASAP ENVIRONMENT
Steps:
Import a sealed cartridge in studio.
Build the cartridge and deploy cartridge and NE element to ASAP environment.
Expected result:
Cartridge and Network elements should be deployed successfully.
Actual result:
Cartridge is deployed successfully, however the below pop up message appears
during deployment of Network element in NEP map tab:
Please make sure cartridge is unsealed and well built"

Activation plugin b53
ASAP 7.0.2 b133
Note: The Network element gets deployed successfully if the user unseals the cartridge
and then rebuilds it, however user should be able to deploy both sealed and
unsealed cartridges through studio successfully.
