Grooming Facility Over Distinct Networks Throws Error.

Goal
When you try to Groom facility over distinct networks where the facility is assigned to the Source Network.
Then the error:
"The target facility has to be an assigned facility on A network, because the source facility is assigned to that network."
You would have followed below steps:
Start any Objectel.
1) Create two different networks A and B.
2) Select one facilitiy of Network A to be the grooming facility
3) Select another facility of Network B to be the grooming target facility.
4) Execute the grooming.
5) Then the above error is thrown.
