Symptoms

When attempting to start ASAP after new installation, the following error occurs.

$ start_asap_sys -d
Starting Master Control Server CTRL_SERVER_NAME...
Successful Startup of Master Control CTRL_SERVER_NAME
Error : ASAP server is already running, or can not start one of ASAP server
