Not Able to Change the Payment Method on "Payments" Tab From Invoice to Any Custom Payment Methods (Doc ID 1325371.1)

Through Customer Center, not able to change the payment method to any of the custom payment methods.

Observed following cases:
1>  Payment method change from Invoice (10001) to any custom payment method is not working.
2>  Payment method change from one custom payment method to another custom payment method is not working.
3>  Payment method change from any custom payment method to invoice (10001) is working.

However, we are able to change the payment methods from testnap successfully.
