Symptoms

When attempting to launch ASCP data collections, planning ODS load is failing with error:

Error in PROCEDURE=LOAD_SUPPLY, TABLE=MSC_SUPPLIES
COLUMN=MSC_CL_ITEM_ODS_LOAD.ITEM_NAME, VALUE= [item name here]
COLUMN=ORGANIZATION_CODE, VALUE= [org code here]
COLUMN=ORDER_TYPE, VALUE=Purchase Order
ORA-01400: cannot insert NULL into ("MSC"."SUPPLIES_NA"."NEW_SCHEDULE_DATE") -- note the NA in SUPPLIES_NA is the Instance Code setup in Instances form

2. Navigation : Supply chain panning > Collections > Oracle systems > Standard collection
3. Planning ODS load fails with error
