Symptoms

When attempting to change a database user password for Oracle Clinical or RDC Onsite the following error occurs.

ERROR

ORA-00911: invalid character ORA-06512: at "RXC.PKSIGA", line 160 ORA-06512: at line 1



STEPS

1. From the Oracle Clinical navigate to Admin->Users and Roles->Database Password
    or
    From Oracle Clinical Remote Data Capture, access the Change Password page

2. Attempt to change the password using a special character (i.e. %, &, *, etc...)
