Goal

If UIM database goes down/becomes unavailable for a fixed period of time, the InventoryTxDataSource on UIM WLS switches to Suspended state. Even when DB becomes on-line again, JDBC DataSource needs to be manually resumed or the WebLogic server needs to be restarted. Is this correct behavior?
