=== ODM Issue Clarification ===

On : 5.5.1 version,Oracle Configuration Controls Governor (CCG) monitors setup data in business management applications. It can take “snapshots” that document application setups; compare snapshots with one another, to show how application setups differ; and employ change tracking to monitor changes. After successful completion of change tracking job the following error occurs.


ERROR

Notifications from CCG are not working.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to CCG as admin user.
2. Run change tracking.
3. After job completion, expect notifications via email.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:

Due to this issue, users cannot receive notifications on audit reports on change tracking objects within the application in production instance. Currently, a single user is affected , no other CCG modules are affected. Workaround exists of splitting the large CT queries to smaller ones, which will let notifications work.
