Purpose
The purpose of this document is to share with the user community the problems (with the solutions used) faced during the installation of Oracle Life Sciences Data Hub (LSH) 2.2, upgrade to LSH 2.2, and its verification tests (<Note.1063225.1>). This is in no way intended to replace the existing documentation and notes or to serve as guide to the installation process.
Scope
The installation of LSH 2.2 included the following activities:
- Install Oracle Applications 12.1.1
- Upgrade Oracle Applications to R12.1.3
- Upgrade the Oracle Database to 11.2.0.2
- Install Oracle Warehouse Builder on Oracle Database 11gR2
- Installation of Oracle Thesaurus Management System 4.6.1.7
- Installation of Oracle Life Sciences Data Hub 2.2
Followed the instructions from the Oracle Life Sciences Data Hub Installation Guide Release 2.2 (E22743-01) and the Life Sciences Data Hub Smoke Test (Installation Verification) 2.1.4 on <Note.1063225.1>
