How to Disable the Corporate Directory in Convergence (Doc ID 1328033.1)

Goal

Information exists on how to disable the Personal Address Book*, but not the Corporate Directory.  We would like to disable the Corporate Directory (hide it) in the Convergence GUI in all views of the application  (e.g. under the address book browser, when composing a new mail and clicking on the addressbook button, etc).

How can we disable the Corporate Directory in Convergence?
