User Unable To Save Default Options In Data Manager

Oracle Utilities Energy Information Platform - Version DNU4.53 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.
In Data Manager for Oracle Utilities Meter Data Applications, users are unable to save changes to default options.
This problem occurs for General and CIS Billing Options in Data Manager.
Steps to Reproduce
Nothing is saved.
- On the Data Manager screen, select Tools > Options
- Make a change, for example change "Day Start" to 8 AM and check "Use in all day calculations"
- Press OK button
