User Unable To Save Default Options In Data Manager (Doc ID 1329463.1)

Symptoms

In Data Manager for Oracle Utilities Meter Data Applications, users are unable to save changes to default options.

This problem occurs for General and CIS Billing Options in Data Manager.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. On the Data Manager screen, select Tools > Options
  2. Make a change, for example change "Day Start" to 8 AM and check "Use in all day calculations"
  3. Press OK button
Nothing is saved.
