Last updated on DECEMBER 13, 2023

Applies to:

Oracle Communications ASAP - Version 4.6.5 to 7.0.1 [Release 4.6 to 7.0.0]
Information in this document applies to any platform.

ASAP uses log4j (from Apache) to generate and manage the log messages from ASAP's WebLogic components. Through the use of log4j, you can develop and maintain a logging strategy that minimizes the overall impact of logging operations on the application’s resources. This feature helps you to, for example, increase the level and detail of logged messages to help analyze performance problems within a production environment.

Below are frequently asked questions on how to set the logging level for JSRP, Weblogic logs and how to use the filter. And about the usage of Log4jAdmin.
