Refresh Collections Snapshots Ends With Error ORA-01578 (Doc ID 1331365.1)

Symptoms

  When attempting to run Data collections ,the following error occurs in Refresh Collections Snapshots

ERROR

ORA-01578: ORACLE data block corrupted (file # 425, block # 92323)
ORA-01110: data file 425: '/<dir>/data_file.dbf'

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Navigate to Advanced Supply Chain Planning > Collections > Collect From Oracle Systems > Standard Collections
2. Launch the data collections
3. See that refresh collections snapshots fails with the said error

Note :

   The last part of the error message,the file name: data_file.dbf can be anything. Necessarily not data_file.dbf.
