Unable To Start ASAP With No Error Messages (Doc ID 1331867.1)

Goal


We are getting the following error message while starting ASAP application on all our environments.


$ASAP_BASE/config > start_asap_sys -d <CTRL_USER_NAME>
Starting Master Control Server <CTRL_SERVER_NAME> ...
Successful Startup of Master Control <CTRL_SERVER_NAME>
Slave Control <CTRL_USER_NAME> is not running
Warning: '<CTRL_USER_NAME>' cannot be found in the interfaces file [$ASAP_BASE/SYBASE/interfaces]
Error: Couldn't Determine where to start <CTRL_USER_NAME> Slave Control Server
Successful Startup of ASAP



Even though all the 8 components of ASAP come up successfully, we get this warning message in all our environments. Could you suggest a way to get rid of this message.
