Symptoms
On Oracle Financial Services Asset Liability Management (ALM) 5.5, when attempting to view historical interest rates loading from the staging tables, none of the rates are visible.
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
None of the loaded rates for any terms in the Interest Rate Code are visible through Rate Management -> Interest Rates -> Historical Rates tab: Effective Date Range => All
Effective Date:
3/31/2011 => all fields blank
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Expect to be able to view loaded rates from the User Interface (UI).
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Rate Management -> Interest Rates -> Historical Rates tab: Effective Date Range => All
2. All rate fields are blank
