Goal

Explain how to verify that the Charging Control Services (CCS) MFile (call rating memory file) has been generated/compiled properly across all Voucher Wallet Servers (VWS).

The VWS beVWARS processes load the latest MFile into memory for real-time rating and billing of subscribers' call, session or transaction.
