MWM CDI Map Displays Blank Map using Internet Explorer 8 Without Microsoft Security Update (Doc ID 1338565.1)

When using Internet Explorer 8 (IE8) and various Windows versions, the Contexts and Dependency Injection (CDI) map may not display the map. Instead it is showing a blank gray area only. In the Mapviewer demo test, the tiles are displayed without problems. All other troubleshooting as described in the 'CDI Map Issues, MapViewer Errors or Mapping Feature Problems' section of, 'Details Required when Logging an Oracle Utilities Mobile Workforce Management v2 (MWM) or Oracle Real-time Scheduler v2 (ORS) Service Request (Doc ID 1591184.1)' revealed no issues or errors.
