Goal

In Webmail (aka Messenger Express), this document explains how an administrator can connect into another user's mailbox, as if they were that user.

The applies to the Messenger Express feature of Messaging Server 5.x and 6.x, which was deprecated and removed from Messaging Server 7.x in favor of the new Convergence client.
